The Certificate II in Self-Awareness and Development provides students with the personal skills and knowledge required to build confidence, resilience and self-reliance for further study, employment and community life.
Students explore their own thinking habits, beliefs, learning styles and personality profiles, developing the self-awareness to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively. They learn to build self-esteem, face fears and challenges, set and monitor meaningful goals, and manage their time with balance and self-discipline. Students also develop communication, creative thinking and relationship-building skills to work effectively with others, present with confidence, and give and receive constructive feedback in personal, social and workplace settings.
